About Us

First I would like to introduce myself, my name is Kenny and my partner is Gary. 3gcustomz started many years ago. Gary and I began modifying cars up in Michigan when I was sixteen. Over the years we have learned a lot and had a bunch of fun customizing cars. I cannot even list all of the cars that we have owned and worked on for customers.

We have installed numerous air ride systems; bolt on, and custom built. Hydraulic suspension systems, lifting and lowering vehicles, fiberglass audio systems and body drops are just a short list of what we can do. While I love to do anything custom, by far my true passion falls in the suspension section of modifying.

In fact, the name 3gcustomz was adapted from one of our few claims to fame. Back in early 2000, we built an air cylinder set-up on a Mitsubishi Eclipse; it was a custom air cylinder set-up before air cylinders hit the market. We ran four scuba tanks in the back to power the system. Scuba tanks hold 3000psi when completely full. We got the nickname 3G’s on the show circuit that year. It was a great to get out in the arena and show the hydro boys what air could actually do. This was all way before air hoppers. It was nice to see big dogs of hydros coming over to check out what he had done.

Just recently, the business has become official and we have relocated to Georgia. Gary and I work together and do some sick customs from time to time. We both figured it was time to make a run at it and we decided to start the online business. Our success is driven by our passion to produce and sell quality products.
